Can I swim or shower with all jewelry?

Not all Bayo’s jewelry is made of stainless steel. If this is important to you, please pay attention when placing your order. We will mention it in the description of the items that are made of stainless steel, if not we will note that we don’t recommend water.

Are the products made of real gold & silver?

No they are not, when we mention silver gold we mean by color.

What does temporarily out of stock mean?

For some products, we indicate that they are temporarily out of stock. These are items that we do not have in stock at the moment. These products cannot be added to the shopping cart. It may be that they will be back in stock. If you really want the item, please send us an email at info@bayo4u.nl , we will check if we can still order it for you.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

To enjoy your jewelry for longer, here are some tips to keep your jewelry looking beautiful:

• Do not shower or swim with your jewelry. Residues of soap, chlorine, and salt can remain on and inside your jewelry, causing discoloration.

• Do not store your jewelry in a damp place, but store it in a dark, dry place.

• Avoid contact with soap, perfume, body lotion, makeup, etc. These products can also cause discoloration of your jewelry.

• Avoid contact with chemical products. Do not wear your jewelry while cleaning, for example.

• Be careful with the tanning bed or direct sunlight. They can also cause your jewelry to discolor more quickly.

How quickly a piece of jewelry discolors depends on the material it is made of. In addition, each skin has a different acidity level, which can also affect the discoloration of jewelry.
